2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Brothers Vineyard Magnum
The '19 Brothers is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in a two acre block at 850 feet of elevation on the eastern slope of Palomino Hill, blended with 18% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot from neighboring single acre vineyards. Fermented with wild, native yeasts, aged for 17 months in French oak barrels, and bottled in the spring of 2021. Writing in Vinous, Antonio Galloni speaks of the wine's "subtlety and translucent finish. 40 cases of 1.5L bottles produced.
