We produce classically styled, terroir-driven wines reflecting the unique heritage and character of our site. The Snowden family came to the ranch in 1955. Originally a 160 acre homestead, the property has a grape-growing history dating back to 1878. During the decades of our stewardship, four generations of Snowdens have been privileged to walk the woods and vineyards of this lovely and secluded place.
We make our award-winning Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc in the classic style -- pressed whole cluster, barrel fermented by wild yeasts, aged sur lies, and no malolactic fermentation -- delicate floral aromatics laid down on wet stone minerality.
From a single barrel of Petit Verdot dessert wine -- now over two decades old, spicy, sweet and rich, this bold wine is entering its prime -- 375 mL bottles
Available in 1.5 liter magnums, the 2017 Brothers is a balanced wine in the classic style which is delightful today and will improve in the cellar for years.
From a favored two acre block on the eastern slope of Palomino Hill, the 2017 Brothers combines dense fruit, complex aromatics, and balanced tannins in our own classic style.
