These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or related to them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By using this site to place an order, you affirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the person receiving the shipment will also be at least 21. Delivery of alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated. Wine purchased from Snowden Vineyards is intended for personal consumption only and is not for resale.

Providing false information about your age, or the age of the recipient, in order to purchase or receive alcohol is a serious matter that may result in legal consequences, including under applicable state and federal law.

As required by the Communications Decency Act of 1996, we note that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available to assist in limiting access to material that may be harmful to minors.

Orders may be placed by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The billing address provided must match the address on file with your card issuer.

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order in accordance with the laws of the state to which your order is shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or where we are unable to verify that shipment to the destination state is permitted.

While we make every effort to ensure that prices, bottle sizes, and quantities listed on this website are accurate, occasional errors may occur. We are not bound to honor a price or quantity that is the result of such an error, and we will notify you and offer the option to cancel or reorder at the correct price if this occurs.

14. States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wine, directly or indirectly, to all states except: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. 15. Shipping Costs

Our shipping charges reflect the estimated average charges by our contract fulfillment service for delivery by the designated carrier and mode to addresses in your state. Snowden Vineyards does not add a handling fee or markup to the shipping charges passed through to our customers. We have selected our fulfillment service with the goal of providing prompt, quality shipping at competitive prices.
