Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from a free-thinking and exuberant group of organically certified grapevines in the middle of our idyllic eastern-most "Lost Orchard" vineyard area, on a bluff bordering Lake Hennessey, with Pritchard Hill on the far shore. Winemaker Diana Seysses lets wild native yeasts ferment the wine in neutral oak and stainless steel barrels.  There's no no malolactic fermentation and the wine ages on the lees until it's settled and bottled in the spring.  She makes this wine for the family, exactly the way we like it, but we're pleased to share. It's 100% Sauvignon Blanc; the grapes were harvested on August 30, 2024; the wine was bottled on May 6, 2025; 89 cases were produced.
