2017 Sauvignon Blanc "Sunninghill"
From a single acre block located at 800 feet of elevation in the a small valley encircled by lovely woodlands. Winemaker Diana Seysses crushed the fruit by foot before pressing, then barrel fermented with wild native yeasts in stainless steel and used oak barrels. The wine was aged in barrel sur lies until bottling in April of 2018. 100% Sauvignon Blanc; 117 cases made; closed with Saranex-lined screw caps.
