She attended the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. She is also a landscape painter and photographer.

Janet Snowden grew up in the San Francisco bay area and attended the University of California at Davis, where she met and married Randy. She went on to graduate school, first at Davis and then at Berkeley, where she earned a Master of Library Science degree. During graduate school, Janet worked summers at Beaulieu Vineyards. She now divides her time among library work at Kennedy Library in Vallejo, watercolor painting, and fine claret-style wines.
Diana Snowden A native of the Napa Valley, Diana was introduced to the world of wine at an early age. Her first harvest at Robert Mondavi Winery compelled her to pursue wine-making professionally. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California at Davis in 2001. Since then she has gained experience working at such estates as Araujo in Calistoga, La Fleur de Boüard in Bordeaux and Domaine Leflaive in Puligny Montrachet. Today Diana is the enologist and cellar-master for Domaine Dujac in Burgundy and is winemaker for Snowden Vineyards in the Napa Valley, California.

Christian Snowden graduated from UCSB in 2001 with a B.S. in Microbiology. Having worked in several labs both private and public, academic and industry, Christian moved to San Francisco, and worked the 2002 harvest with John Gibson at Frazier Winery, tallying up his fourth harvest in the cellar. In May of 2004, Christian began to do sales work for Snowden and quickly took on the role of national sales manager for Snowden Vineyards. In January 2007 Christian became a Pepperdine MBA candidate, and will graduate in the spring of 09.
Susanne Snowden, a graduate from San Diego State University with a degree in Advertising and Marketing, left the sunny beaches of Southern California to travel the world. Although she is perusing other professional interests, her heart will always be in St. Helena and she will continue to be involved with Snowden Vineyards.
